New Hotel Charlemagne - Brussels

The hotel was clean and well maintained.

My room was cold , and the décor felt quite worn. I also encountered some unkindness from staff at the front desk, disappointing given my expectations.

It was easy to find. The room was clean and quiet, the shower was hot, but the angle of the shower head meant water sprayed onto the floor.

Breakfast was quite meagre compared to other places I've stayed recently for a similar price. The remote for the television didn't work properly. The room's surfaces, carpet and paintwork were all clean but stained and worn. Needs a facelift.

Fairly clean hotel, services were excellent and location was magnificent in the city center. The breakfast was rich, it offered variety of tasty food.

Would definitely recommend for a quick break

Convenient location, functional amenities, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, with the hotel being just a short distance from key European offices and offering essentials like wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast for added comfort.

Our room was fantastic and the location was convenient. The reception staff were very helpful and the hotel was in a quiet location but close to the metro, although we also enjoyed a pleasant walk into the centre of town one day.

I like my cup of tea in the morning and there was only a coffee maker!! At least it forced us to get up and about early in search of breakfast.....

The room was heaps spacious and tidy, though!

This hotel is far away of being a 4 star hotel!! The rooms are very simple and the location not that good. Breakfast was not included neither.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was that it was near the Effiel Tower.

The rooms were very small about 8' by 4' and had no bathroom or A/C. We changed rooms and the next was not any better even though it did have a bathroom. It was in an attic... literally. I would never stay here unless I was ready to rough and tough it out. Especially considering that there are several hotels in Paris that are worth the money and in great areas as well. If you are looking at staying at this hotel I strongly advise to keep looking.

easy access to parks and landmarks for weekend strolling

The hotel is centrally situated, just almost 2 km away, and enjoy a stroll in Leopold Park, just a bit over 1 km, both perfect for casual weekend walking. My room was comfortable and spacious.

The location for the hotel was good for my needs

The hotel is fairly clean, has views to town. The breakfast is varied, includes lots of meals. It offers nice service. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property is cool. Thank you for a quite comfortable stay...

Good place to unwind by enjoying a peaceful stroll through charming gardens nearby and savoring fresh, local cheeses during breakfast.

Very pleasent stuff! big room and just close to Metro station. Very calm area. No noise at all.

Quite far from the center. We go by feet from hotel to the center only one time. There no a lot of restorants around but choise is good! some very calm places with good kitchen. A lot of furniture in the room. it could be better to have more space.

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was adequate.
